@SVN rev 241636 on 2012-10-17 11:30:00Z by attilio

Disconnect non-MPSAFE NTFS from the build in preparation for dropping
GIANT from VFS. This code is particulary broken and fragile and other
in-kernel implementations around, found in other operating systems,
don't really seem clean and solid enough to be imported at all.
If someone wants to reconsider in-kernel NTFS implementation for
inclusion again, a fair effort for completely fixing and cleaning it
up is expected.

In the while NTFS regular users can use FUSE interface and ntfs-3g
port to work with their NTFS partitions.

This is not targeted for MFC.

## SVN ## MFC r242625:
## SVN ##
## SVN ## Remove duplicate const specifiers in many drivers (I hope I got all of
## SVN ## them, please let me know if not). Most of these are of the form:
## SVN ##
## SVN ## static const struct bzzt_type {
## SVN ## [...list of members...]
## SVN ## } const bzzt_devs[] = {
## SVN ## [...list of initializers...]

## SVN ##
## SVN ## The second const is unnecessary, as arrays cannot be modified anyway,
## SVN ## and if the elements are const, the whole thing is const automatically
## SVN ## (e.g. it is placed in .rodata).
## SVN ##
## SVN ## I have verified this does not change the binary output of a full kernel
## SVN ## build (except for build timestamps embedded in the object files).

@Add a dictionary of technical terms.

This file contains FreeBSD/Unix lexicon that is used by the system

supplement the standard English language dictionary, and can be used
to greatly reduce the number of false positives when spell checking
share/man/*, www/*, or doc/*
